How do i secure my event date with you?
To secure your date with Boelle a 25% deposit is required and the remaining payments are spread out between the booking date and event date.
what happens once i have booked with boelle?
Once you have secured your date by putting a deposit down you will be invited to have an initial consultation via Zoom / Facetime. After this consultation your planner and stylist Cathy with put together a bespoke mood board, styling plan and colour pallet and send this over to you for you to review. A face to face meeting and a venue visit will also be arranged prior to your event.
Where do you deliver to?
Boelle offers its services all across the UK and even plans destination weddings.
How long can i hire ITEMS for?
Boelle offers a 48 hour hire period. However, we are super flexible and always aim to work around the clients needs.
can you dress my venue with decorations outside of boelle?
Absolutely! If you have booked the styling package we can outsource items, use your own decorations and we even custom make items to fit your brief.
Do you provide flowers?
We can provide styling related flowers and foliage Eg for your archways, backdrops and tables. However if you have booked us to style a large event we can help you find a florist and we will liaise with them to pull together your chosen design.
when do you set up the venue?
If Boelle is styling your event, we usually set up the day before and do the finishing touches the day of the wedding / event. However we are super flexible and if we can only access the venue on the day we will do the full set up in the morning. Collection is the following day.
will you be there on the day of our wedding?
If you are in need of a wedding planner to coordinate your day we offer on the day coordination services.
If you are in need of an on the day stylist to keep your venue looking fresh and to move decorations around we offer an hourly styling fee starting at £50 per hour.
can you help us source our suppliers?
Of course! If you have booked a full planning, partial planning or styling service we will recommend and contact the best suppliers to fit your brief and design plans.
do you clear the wedding / event down?
If you have booked the full styling service we will clear down and pack away the venue for you. If you have only booked a planning or hire service and need help clearing your venue down we offer an hourly pack up fee from £50 per hour.
do you do corporate events?
Yes, we love corporate events and have done many over the years. Our most recent corporate job was an event in London for Ballantins Whiskey.
